While the Fit+ membership provides you a generalised program that is based off your goals, the Precision Plan caters specifically to your accessibility, experience, time frame and goals.

We take into consideration how many days a week you are available to train, where you train, the equipment you have access to, any specific weaknesses or injured regions that you would like to strengthen, etc.

This program is a step up from any generalised online program you may have completed before. We carefully construct a program that is manageable and achievable for you based on the information you provide us with.

    • Access the the Hyperion App: The precision plan gives you access to our online app, allowing you to regularly check in, tweak your program if needed and receive feedback.

    • Coaching: Our team of certified trainers provides personalised guidance and support through our app.

    • Tracks Your Progress: With built-in assessment tools and regular feedback in our app, you can easily monitor your progress and we can adjust your training plan as needed.

This programme combines aerobic and anaerobic conditioning with advanced strength & power building sessions to enhance fitness, explosiveness and maintain fast-twitch muscle function to prepare you or your team for optimal performance at any stage of the year.

A tailored program for any athlete (or team) to help reach potential and hit targets. We take into consideration loading, periodisation, injury prevention and (p)rehab as well as building on movement mechanics and patterns.

PRE-SEASON netball programme

Designed specifically for netball athletes, our comprehensive programme focuses on integrating nutrition and recovery tips while building a fitness base for the season ahead. Integrated interval running and strength sessions to help improve power, speed and cardiovascular fitness.

Designed to help athletes sustain and build on fitness and strength during the season while taking loading into consideration. This programme is for athletes who are seeking extra training in addition to team trainings and games throughout the season. Our personalised plan includes targeted training to enhance endurance, agility, and power throughout the season. At-home and gym versions available.
